The layout of this museum's galleries follows that of its glass roofs of varying dimensions, which are composed of large glazed surfaces assembled in complex configuration. The roof structure is a net of steel tubes whose members run in the same plane as the glazing to conserve maximum transparency.
Stiffening rods and diagonal braces were designed in such a way as to respect continuity and attenuate visual impact. Assemblage by welding and connecting of moulded parts makes for a light-weight structure.
